AGREEMENT ON THE USE OF THE HUALING.FIZ.GE WEBSITE

Effective date: 11/04/2024.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Agreement on the Use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the User and the owner of the HUALING.FIZ.ge website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") regarding access to and use of the Site.

1.2. By using the Site, the User confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of this Agreement.

2. DEFINITIONS

2.1. User — any individual or legal entity using the Site.

2.2. Content — information posted on the Site, including text materials, graphics, images, videos and other elements.

3. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES

3.1. Rights of the Site Owner

3.1.1. The Site Owners have the right to:

• Make changes to the Site and its Content at any time without prior notice to Users.
• Restrict access to the Site or its individual sections.

3.2. Site Owner Obligations

3.2.1. The Site Owners undertake to:

• Ensure the availability of the Site within a reasonable time, but do not guarantee its uninterrupted operation.

3.3. User Rights

3.3.1. The User has the right to:

• Receive information posted on the Site.

3.4. User Obligations

3.4.1. The User undertakes to:

• Not use the Site for illegal purposes and actions that violate the rights of third parties.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4.1. All rights to the Site Content belong to the Site Owners or third parties and are protected by law. The User has no right to use the Content without prior permission.

5. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

5.1. The Site Owners shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, including, but not limited to, damages from loss of data or profits.

5.2. The User shall bear administrative, civil and criminal liability for violation of this Agreement and legislative norms.

6. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

6.1. The Site Owners have the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Changes shall come into force from the moment of their publication on the Site.

7. FINAL PROVISIONS

7.1. This Agreement is the complete and final agreement between the User and the Site Owners and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings regarding the use of the Site.

7.2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
